BOOK NOW and join us for an afternoon of fun and education with the Stars of the Show.

You will be guided through a unique event tasting and comparing some of the unique wines of the show with a fortified focus. Tastings of 6 wines will be matched to morsels of food from the region. The session finishes with a cleansing Ale at the bar.

Rowly Milhinch from Scion Vineyard & Winery opens with his 2010 award winning Durif and will introduce you to the importance of a wine show from a winery perspective and then finishes up with a taste of something special.

Tim Gniel from Campbells Wines leads on with his special connection to fortifieds and their history and lets us in on what it's like to judge at the show (and work your way through 2000 wines!!!!)

Finally Nicole Esdaile of Coombe Farm in the Yarra Valley will talk about sherry and port and the role of fortifieds in modern gastronomy.

This weeks flavours were, Tuscan Chocolate and Muscat, White Chocolate and Blueberry and Mr Browns favourite (this was Graeme Brown from cycling fame) Macadamia Nut, Orange and Tuscan Dark Chocolate.
