The Victoria offers a range of spaces to suit different styles of engagement gatherings. Smaller groups are well suited to the Gollings Room, where private dining comes with dedicated table service and access to the historic Carriageway alfresco. The 1868 Room provides a refined setting for seated dinners, speeches and toasts around the table, while the light-filled Garden Room works beautifully for larger engagement celebrations with dining or cocktails. In warmer months, groups of 20 or more can gather in The Garden for an easy, open-air celebration. Our events team coordinates room layout and timing so everything flows smoothly on the day.
