Our restaurant is popular with both guests and locals. To avoid disappointment, please book online or call ahead. Our Beer Garden and Public Bar are available for walk-ins only.

Yes, we have a fully accessible ground-floor suite.
Our accessible suite offers step-free entry, a spacious layout, and an accessible bathroom.

Two suites are dog-friendly.
The hotel has two designated dog-friendly rooms on the ground floor. One dog per room is permitted for a fee of $50.00 per stay. Please reserve our dog-friendly rooms via our website and ensure you add the pet fee to your booking.
Well-behaved dogs on-lead are welcome in our Beer Garden for a drink or a meal but unfortunately cannot come inside the main hotel building or restaurant spaces.

Yes – Premium Twin Suites and Interconnecting Suites are available.
Yes, we have two First Floor Premium Twin Suites which offer 2 x twin bed configuration with 1 ensuite.
We also have two Interconnecting Suites which offer 2 King beds (First Floor) or 1 x King and 1 x Queen bed (Ground Floor). Each Interconnecting suite has two ensuites.

No, but luggage assistance is available on request.
The Victoria is a heritage two-storey building with no elevator. Most guest suites are located on the first floor which is accessible via staircase only.. If you require assistance with your luggage, please see our friendly team inside the bar for assistance.
Alternatively, three guest suites are located at ground level and are specified as ‘Ground Floor’ suites on our website.

We do not offer rollaway beds or sofa beds. Suites have a maximum occupancy of two guests. If travelling with an infant, our Premium or Deluxe suites offer space for a porta cot, however, we do not supply porta cots or associated bedding.

Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on Main Street for guest use. For the comfort of all guests, a deep-cleaning fee of $500.00 will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
