The Gollings Room & Carriageway.
Our premium and exclusive dining room with its moody ambience is the perfect space to cocoon yourself in complete privacy to enjoy an elevated and decadent experience. Enjoy having a dedicated waiter attend to your group for the duration of your event. Minimum spend applies. Seated menu only.
The carriageway alfresco terrace is available for the exclusive use of guests enjoying the Gollings Room. This historic space once led visiting patrons from Main Street to the stables and carriage houses at the rear of the property. Perfect for pre-arrival drinks and canapés before adjourning to the Gollings Room for the chef’s feast.
