Under the guidance of Head Chef Brendan Anderson, our menu showcases local produce, skillfully and carefully cooked over an open flame. Our menu is anchored by fire, with dishes cooked over our custom parilla grill and in our Italian woodfired oven. This elemental style demands patience, precision, and a command of bold, honest flavour. Everything is crafted in-house, with care and seasonal intent. Designed for sharing, we recommend ordering a generous spread for the table, to taste widely and savour the flavours of our region.
